This was a going above and beyond experience with Dockside. From top to bottom this was an amazing part of our Labor Day. We hold a family get together every Labor Day.... Typically we come to Michigan, where my son and daughter in law live in Holland. In summation are a family of 7. We chose Dockside as all rentals were filled with the companies on the south end of Torch Lake. We arrived and immediately met in the parking lot and escorted inside where where we completed all paperwork/payment in a seamless manner. Another employee led us to the boat and explained all the features plus the specifics of the boat operation. Everything was smooth. The boat was amazing. The music/sound system was clear...The pontoon boat had plenty of power to "keep up" with lake traffic. The water was cold but manageable on the sand bar. There is plenty of storage onboard. We were instructed on safety... How to leave the dock and return..The weather was like the hair of a werewolf having a Piña Colada at Trader Vic's.. It was perfect. I could go on and on and on and wax poetic about Dockside. They enhanced our weekend experience. As a father, I relish time with my almost 30 adults so and daughter and their spouses. This was time and money well spent. I'm grateful. One thing.... Your first song should be Pontoon by Little Big Town... Your mood is set! Happy Pontooning! Thank you Dockside!

Very good service, very friendly, boats were excellent and they have a great location right on Torch lake. They have large motors on pontoon boats. I would highly recommend them. Experience on Torch lake was great
